Wong Shun Leung visited in his Kwoon by two Japanese Fighters.  Wong Shun Leung demonstrates Wooden Dummy, Chum Kiu and Chi Sau:

Wong Shun Leung Chi Sau

Wong Shun Leung explains Pak Sau.  He explains that one should take a step forward into the target.  However, the best time to Pak Sau is when the opponent is coming forward. Wong Shun Leung also shows how Pak Sau can be used within Lap Sau drill, with one timing.
